Let's Go Fly a Kite

Welcome back to the Blog! Sorry it's been so long since I've posted. We've been so busy living life, I haven't made time to blog it. Besides, school is out and this means I don't see my computer as much as I used to.


Nathan won a kite at the AWANA end of year auction. It's an airplane with spinners. The total wingspan is 52". No, I'm not kidding, FIFTY-TWO INCH span for a kid who isn't 52" tall yet.


We had a great windy day to try it out. So off to the nearby park where the trees are small, the space is open and the power lines are blocks away. It's hard to video tape a kite when it's so far away, but I did manage to get some that were worthwhile.


You might want to turn the sound down for these, it was windy so you hear the wind blowing.
