Are you looking for fun ways to get in shape? Like workout DVDs but not so much the music? Would you like a way to have a Christian workout? I'm so excited to learn about Shazzy Fitness and their Christian Hip-Hop workouts. I haven't gotten a chance to try this DVD yet, but I want to give it a try. I think it's so much easier to work out with a DVD on your own time--especially as a busy mom. When my kids were smaller, I could put them down for a nap and then do an exercise DVD while they slept. I've never regretted it. And I need to get back into a more consistent exercise routine!


The Company ~

Shazzy Fitness is a fun, christian hip-hop dance workout dvd. So many people are afraid of hip hop music thinking it is just something that they would never listen to but I am here to tell you that this country girl fell in love with the music on the DVD as I found it to be energetic and motivational. The list of artist included on the video are Da` T.R.U.T.H., Beezy Brown, E.DOT just to name a few. Shazzy Fitness has 2 DVD’s available: In The Beginning and A Time To Dance. I also want to introduce you to the instructors on the DVD and they are Leslie Alison, Apollo Levine and Vera Musgrove. These 3 instructors bring an awesome array of talent and expertise to the DVD.
